"Platform" includes third-party social media sites like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.

"Content" includes text, media, and data provided by you or generated through our Services.

2. Scope of Services

ad-3m provides non-organic digital engagement for brand visibility. These may include bot-generated or incentivized likes, views, or followers. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to reflect real user interest or conversions.

3. Payment & Billing

All services are prepaid. Users must fund their ad-3m wallet before placing any order.

Funds in your ad-3m wallet are non-withdrawable and non-refundable except in limited cases as explained below.

All prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders in case of insufficient balance.

4. Disclaimer on Services

Engagements such as followers or views may not involve real people and are for promotional purposes only.

We do not guarantee conversions, business results, or long-term performance.

Using our Services may violate the terms of third-party platforms, and you bear full responsibility for any resulting action (e.g., bans, suspensions).

5. Legal Compliance & Data Protection

ad-3m adheres to Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We collect only essential data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

Consumers have the right to file complaints with the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) regarding misuse or service deficiency.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on this site including software, graphics, and text is owned by ad-3m or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for lawful purposes only.

Use of Third-Party Trademarks

Mentions of social platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc., are for compatibility reference only. We do not claim ownership or affiliation.

All platform trademarks are owned by their respective companies. We comply with fair use laws and will honor takedown requests upon written notice to support@ad-3m.com.

7. User Conduct & Restrictions

Users must not:

• Use the Services for unlawful acts such as harassment, spam, hate speech, or defamation.
• Resell or redistribute our Services without permission.
• Hack, exploit, or attempt to reverse-engineer our platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ad-3m , its team, and affiliates harmless from any legal claims, liabilities, or losses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ad-3m will not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental losses or damages.
• Platform penalties like account bans or suspensions.
• Data loss, revenue loss, or delays caused by system outages.

All services are provided "as is" without warranties.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delays in service caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, technical failures, API changes by platforms, war, or government actions.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes will first be handled through arbitration in Kolkata under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

If unresolved within 60 days, the matter may be escalated to the courts of Kolkata.

12. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is held invalid, the rest will remain in effect. These Terms and linked policies form the complete agreement between you and ad-3m.

13. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds or credits are issued only if we fail to deliver the ordered Services, as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on ad-3m.com. Your continued use of the Site signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
